The company claims that Apple TV 4 will be available in over 100 countries by the end of the year. They will also continue to sell the existing one Apple TV for $ 69.
The new Apple TV is powered by the A8 chip and has a new remote with a touchpad and dedicated button Siri.
Apple also announced that the first beta of tvOS for Apple TV will be available in developer beta starting today.
