Apple first announced iOS 11, a new version of the mobile operating system, at WWDC this year. Since then, the company has released as many as ten beta versions of the operating system to developers and public beta program participants.
Now, about a week before the new models iPhone hit the market, Apple has also announced a public release date iOS 11. The newest version of the operating system will be released on September 19. It is for all compatible models iPhone, iPad and iPad Touch.
As always, Apple will introduce an update to iOS 11 via OTA and will also allow installation via iTunes. Remember that on the day the new version is released iOS, many users will update their iPhone and iPad, so you will likely have to face slow download speeds or server issues.
iOS 11 comes with a whole host of new features, and Apple generally calls the new version of the operating system the greatest update ever for iPad. The lock screen and Action Center are now merged, the Control Center widgets are improved, the app store App Store and the iMessage app are redesigned, and more.

watchOS 4 Release Date
In addition to iOS 11, Apple also announced the release of a public version of watchOS 4 in September. The latest build of watchOS features new watch faces, APIs and other innovations. The Health app supports new training and outdoor activities.
tvOS 11
Apple has released a new Apple TV 4K resolution and confirmed the release date for tvOS 11. It will be released in September alongside 4th generation TVs Apple. tvOS 11 will be a minor update with minor improvements and 4K video support.
