Recently, in the newest versions of the official VK client for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch, the Vkontakte administration has removed the section with audio recordings. This means that listening to music through the application has become impossible. The reason for this was the company's policy Apple, which prohibits the distribution of pirated products through App Store (remember that almost all music from VK is pirated). Now, product owners Apple have to listen to music a little differently.
The easiest way to listen to VK music without jailbreak
1.Applications from AppStore
Especially for those who do not like difficult paths. Apple periodically removes “counterfeit” applications from App Store. At the same time, various developers are uploading new ones to it. In order to listen to VK music on iPhone or iPad, just go to App Store and enter “VK Music” in the search. Applications that will be in the top will allow you to listen to your favorite audio recordings. We tried to do the same, and we got this program:
2. Vkontakte community “VK Music – download VK music to iPhone”
The most effective way. The social network VK.COM has a community run by one developer. It constantly downloads the same application to App Store, albeit under different names. One is deleted – it loads the second, the second is deleted – it loads another one and so on in a circle. Here is his group: https://vk.com/musicvkios . It is enough to go there and find the currently working application, there is also a link in App Store.

3.Official VK site —vk.com/audio
The easiest method. The developers left a small loophole in the application. To listen to your audio recordings, in the application it will be enough to go to the search and enter a specific web address there: vk.com/audio. You might as well just go into the standard Safari browser and enter the same address – the effect will be the same. Upon request, a mobile version of the Vkontakte website will open for us:
4 unofficial third-party apps
A little more complicated. Some craftsmen have found a way to install the Music for VK application without using App Store. However, this method is the most undesirable in our opinion. The fact is that such applications often ask for money to use them. No, they will not steal them, just after a certain trial period they will require a monthly payment according to the scheme “if you want to use our great app – pay money”. We present to you the top 3 such applications, they are all of the same type, the installation instructions are attached in pictures:
To install, open Safari, enter the website address above. Next, install the application. After installation, go to Settings–> General–> Device Management–> Select the appeared developer and click on the “trust” button. Now the application can be used.
- Music VK. Almost the same as what we found from App Store (see the beginning of the article). Available on this site (be sure to open from Safari to iPhone or iPad): https: //music-vk.com/
- Music Vkontakte Ultimate. This program is already starting to demand money. It can be used for free, but you will be inundated with unnecessary advertising. However, having paid 69 rubles per month, you can use it. Download: music-ios.ru
- VK Music. The most beautiful app on this list is from a Belarusian developer. And it doesn't require money. See above for installation instructions. Download: ymehov.by
5. Tsar's VK on iPhone and iPad with and without jailbreak
A modified client program for VK has recently appeared. Some call her “Tsar's VK”. In addition to the fact that it has a section “Audio recordings”, you get the opportunity to use the offline viewing function, hide the typing and not read other people's messages.

6. Cool Player with the ability to download music
Also in App Store there is an excellent application that allows you to listen to music from VK. One of the important functions of the application is the ability to save music for offline listening.
