Epic Games has removed all Infinity Blade games from App Store

Epic Games today announced its decision to remove three Infinity Blade games from App Store for iOS. The company has also removed all in-app purchases from players.

Infinity-Blade - iOS

The first Infinity Blade game was released in 2011 and revolutionized the gaming world iOS. The game had a quality storyline and graphics that took capabilities iPhone to the next level. Then Epic Games released Infinity Blade II and Infinity Blade III.

The company had to remove all Infinity games from App Store because it became too difficult to support them by the new standards.

“The Infinity Blade franchise will forever remain special to me and to the entire company,” says creative director Donald Mustard. “It's always difficult to say goodbye, but we are excited about what lies ahead.”

As a parting gift for players, Epic Games will release updated Clash Mobs and other surprises for Infinity Blade III. The company will also add the game's characters to Fortnite with the Season 7 update.

If you have previously installed Infinity Blade on your device, you can download the game from the section with your purchases in App Store. It is unknown how long this method will last.
