Well, you're in luck, because Apple released iTunes 12.6.3 – an alternative version of the program, in which you can still download and install applications via your computer. Application management is a popular iTunes feature that has been removed from version 12.7, and instead offered to manage applications directly from devices iOS.
Apple released iTunes 12.6.3 as an alternate version because “Some business partners can still only install apps through iTunes.” Even if you are not a 'business partner', you can still download and install iTunes 12.6.3 and use the program to manage applications on your iPhone or iPad by connecting them to your computer.
iTunes 12.6.3 is available for Mac and Windows users and can be easily upgraded to this version from iTunes 12.7. How to log into App Store via iTunes
You can enter App Store or Sounds in iTunes 12.6.3 in the same way as in previous versions. Here's what you need to do for this:

- Open iTunes as usual.
- Open the menu in the upper left corner.
