One of the most popular Android wireless file transfer apps, AirDroid, appeared in App Store. With it, you can send files from one device to another as long as they are connected to the same Wi-Fi. If there is no mobile connection or Wi-Fi, then transmission is possible through Bluetooth.
We have tried this program and it works great. However, a little reminder for those with iPhone 8 or iPhone 8 Plus: don't forget to change the photo format if you intend to send pictures to Android. In this tutorial, we described the differences between the new HEIC format and the standard JPG. Despite all the advantages of HEIC, this format is not yet widely used and such photos will not open on Android.
You can download AirDroid for iOS from App Store. If you have Android, then the application can be downloaded from Google Play. The program is free on both platforms.
