Apple has released the third beta version of iOS 9.3 for developers. Build version 13E5200d.
This is the third beta release of firmware iOS 9.3. Apple released its second beta at the end of January and the first beta came out on January 11th. iOS 9.3 is a significant platform update, including several new features.
One of the main new features is the Night Shift mode, and a switch for this mode has been added to the control center. Night shift uses the device's clock and geolocation to automatically change the color on the display to the warmer end of the spectrum, to reduce eye exposure to bright blue light.
iOS 9.3 also includes the ability to set protection on Notes app, password or touchID, updated news app, added new actions 3D Touch for standard apps like weather, settings, compass, health, App Store and the iTunes Store, the ability to create a static version of the Live Photo, improvements in the health app, CarPlay added support for Apple Music and a new Classroom app that allows you to manage multiple logins Apple ID, which allows multiple students to share the same device with individual profiles.

iOS 9.3 beta 3 is now available through the Developer Center Apple. It is also available as an over the air (OTA) update for all devices running iOS 9.3 beta 2.
It is not clear yet what is new in iOS 9.3 beta3. If significant changes are found, we will definitely write about them in this article.

How to install iOS 9 beta 3
In order to install the third beta version iOS 9.3 on iPhone and iPad you need to install a configuration profile (alternative link) (using the Safari browser on your iOS device, open this link). Then after a while, an update will appear in the “Software Update” section.
