Today Apple released iOS 11.2.5, watchOS 4.2.2, macOS 10.13.3, and tvOS 11.2.5 to the public after almost a month of beta testing. You can install updates right now 'over the air' through the Software Update mechanism or manually by downloading the update file.
iOS 11.2.5
Version iOS 11.2.5 was released just two weeks after iOS 11.2.2 was released with a patch for the Specter vulnerability. As with the beta versions, the update is aimed at fixing bugs and improving system performance. It fixed a bug in the Messages application, and added support for HomePod and news Siri – a function that allows the virtual assistant to read the current news aloud.

This update is nothing new. The postscript says watchOS 4.2.2 'contains improvements and bug fixes'.
macOS 10.13.3
The macOS update is also aimed at minor improvements. According to the postscript to the update, among them are additional patches for the Specter and Meltdown vulnerabilities, a fix for an error due to which System Preferences could be opened without a password, and a fix for the Messages bug.
